Refund/Cancellation Policy

2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted before 12hrs of the main event.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3-6 business days from the approval of the request.

4. Fraudulent Activity

Refunds will not be granted for any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect payments: Paying an incorrect amount or using invalid coupon codes.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities: Intentionally using glitches or loopholes in the payment system.
• Unauthorized transactions: Using stolen or unauthorized payment information.
